1. Each artist must sign a waiver agreeing to donate at least 10% of the profit to the library, but they have
the option to donate up to 100% of the profit they make from sale. If not sold, artist will have to pick up by

( Date 12/5/2020 ) If not picked up by this date, the library will become owner of the piece.

2. Each submission should be delivered in person to the library to be submitted by November 8th, 2020. If unable to drop of in person, we will need need high quality original pictures emailed to us.

3. We will take photos of the pieces and upload them to Jarrell Community Library web site and promoted on Social Media for 2 weeks ( Date November 9th-20th ) with Artist names and prices

4. Judging on or around November 14th. Winners announced next day.

5. The buyer will have a specific date to come and pick up the piece. ( Date 12/5/2020 )

6. We will accept prints and originals. Must be labeled accordingly.

8. Each artist can submit up to 2 pieces
9. Art will be up until ( November 30th).
