1. Each artist must sign a waiver agreeing to donate at least 10% of the profit to the library, but they have
the option to donate up to 100% of the profit they make from sale. If not sold, artist will have to pick up by
( Date 12/5/2020 ) If not picked up by this date, the library will become owner of the piece.
2. Each submission should be delivered in person to the library to be submitted by November 1st, 2020. If unable to drop of in person, we will need need high quality original pictures emailed to us.
3. We will take photos of the pieces, and, upload them to Facebook Event 2 week long ( Date November 9th-20th )
4. The buyer will have a specific date to come and pick up the piece. ( Date 12/5/2020 )
5. We will accept prints, and, originals. Must be labeled accordingly.
